Kiwanis Idol hits Carleton Feb. 7, tickets available

Tweet ThisEMC News - The 2010 Kiwanis Idol is hitting the Carleton University stage on Sunday, Feb. 7 and tickets are still available.
Presented by the Kanata Kiwanis Club, the Kiwanis Idol showcases vocal talents of young people from the national capital region.
One of the singers is Rachel Stiles of Kanata who was one of the 2009 Top Ten. She, along with six other singers, including the 2009 winner Angela Rozman, will perform cover songs from Carrie Underwood, Pink, Shania Twain, Gretchen Wilson, Pat Benatar, the Counting Crows, Foo Fighter, Etta James, Decode and Melissa Manchester, plus awesome originals.
The concert will take place at 8 p.m. at Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Dr. in the Kailash Mital Theatre D299 Loeb Building.
